WAR

In Today’s world where we invent,
Technologies for the benefit of mankind
We also wage wars which makes sure,
Nothing is left of that kind.

Right from Knife’s, pistols, rifles and tanks
Countries build everything until empty go their banks.

A soldier who gets to fight a war is considered to be fortunate,
So billions of them wait on the Line of Fire to meet their Fate.

And then comes the time which everyone fears from birth,
When man unleashes Hell on planet earth.

Many soldiers kill and many get killed,
But the love for their motherland makes them stand there still.

At the end of the war everyone has to pay a price
Be it the victorious or the defeated sides.

With thousands of men having lost their lives,
The biggest loser is definitely their family and widow wives.

But the family still rises in pride
As their loved one has made a huge sacrifice
Due to which they and their countrymen can live a peaceful life.
